Ms. Natasha Ratliff is a Certified Paralegal and Practice Administrator of the Firm. Ms. Ratliff possesses extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate closings, personal injury claims, and numerous general practice matters.
She has over twenty (20) years of legal experience and has served as a Legal Collections Manager providing representation of large accounts with regional banks, in medical claims on behalf of both large and small medical providers, hospitals, and landlords.
She is skilled in management and policy development, providing supervision and oversight of all firm operations and personnel.
Ms. Ratliff is engaged in the community through various activities and serves on the Board of Directors for Mountain Kids, Inc., participating in policy development and major decision making of a non-profit organization “committed to improving the lives of children” in, and around Tazewell County” http://www.mtkids.org/. Ms. Ratliff is also a member of the Clinch River Kiwanis Club.
Natasha Ratliff serves as the Practice Administrator and Chief Financial Officer of The Reliance Law Group, overseeing the firm’s daily operations, financial management, client relations, and administrative functions. Since joining the firm, she has played an integral role in its growth and success, helping to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their legal matters.
Natasha brings extensive experience in law office management, real estate transactions, client communications, and business administration. Her commitment to professionalism, compassion, and efficiency has helped establish the firm’s reputation for outstanding client service.
